Cancel Policy

• Orders that have not been shipped are subject to a no-questions-asked cancellation within two days. If your order has already been shipped. Orders cannot be canceled. For the forcible cancellation of the order, you need to pay a shipping fee. All of our products can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order. We cannot guarantee any request to cancel or modify an order once production has already begun. There are no order cancellations accepted once production has begun on any custom or specialty products (items that are not a stock size).

Return Policy

• Return Period: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Return Shipping Responsibility depends on the reason for return
• Serova covers the return shipping cost if:
  the product arrived damaged
  the wrong item was shipped
  Slight color differences caused by lighting conditions or screen settings are not considered product defects.
• Customer covers the return shipping cost if:
  the return is due to personal reasons
  such as not liking the product or ordering the wrong item
  Customers may choose their preferred local shipping carrier for returning the item.

  We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Shipping Policy

• Orders have to be processed before it is shipped. The time you wait before receiving the package is made up of Processing Time and Shipping Time.
• Processing Time is calculated from the time you paid and the order is verified (a verification Email will be sent after payment). 
• You may change your mind after placing the order, including but not limited to switching to another product, or changes in address. If that happens, Processing Time is calculated from the time when the order detail(s) is eventually confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent informing the updated Estimated Delivery Time.
